    Order and Purchases

  1. How do I shop at mypharmacy?
    There are two (2) convenient ways to shop at mypharmacy.

    Method 1: If you or your relatives require supplies for your ongoing care after Admission at Changi General Hospital.
    Method 2: Browse the aisle and select the item that you would like to purchase. Specify the quantity required and click on the 'Buy' icon. Your order list will appear on the left side of the page. To continue shopping, just continue to browse the aisles and click "Buy" on the item that you want. Click on the "Checkout" button when you have completed shopping. Our customer service officer will contact you to confirm your order.


  2. Must I be a member to shop?
    Yes. In order for us to manage and track your purchase better, all shoppers have to be a member.


  3. Is there a minimum purchase?
    There is a minimum purchase of $30 for RETAIL items only. A delivery charge of $11.50 is applied to retail orders less than $120. Delivery is free for retail orders more than $120. There is no minimum purchase for prescription refills; however, a delivery charge of $11.50 is applied for all deliveries.

  4. How do I change or cancel an item in the shopping cart?
    To remove an item from your order list, you can click on the "Trash" icon beside the item in your shopping cart displayed at the left navigation bar. To add new items into the shopping cart, simply pick a new item and your shopping cart will be updated automatically.


  5. How do I change my order after I have submitted my order?
    To make changes in the order after you have submitted, please call us at 1800-7878787 during office hours. Please have your order number ready to help us to serve you quickly.

    Please note that changes to your order, be it an exchange or a refund, will not be reflected in the mypharmacy system other than a flag next to the item in your Purchase History stating to this effect. Therefore, other than the word "refunded" or "Exchanged" next to the item you refunded or exchanged for in your Purchase History, the price will remain the same as when you made the initial purchase. You will be liable for any additional costs such as difference in prices of items exchanged.


  6. How do I know if my order is successfully submitted?
    Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order number followed by an e-mail confirming your order, which you can print out for reference. Otherwise, kindly call 1800-7878787 during office hours to check your order if you are still unsure. Please leave your name and contact number on our answering machine if the phone is engaged. We will return your call as soon as we could.


  7. How can I save or print out the order list for my reference?
    After submitting your order, you will be shown a summary of your purchase which you can print out for future reference. Alternatively, details of your order are also listed in the e-mail confirming your order. You can print that as your order list as well.


  8. Can I save my half-done shopping list so that I can continue later?
    Once you log out or leave the website, your shopping list will be automatically saved in your shopping cart.

  9. How can I check records of my past orders?
    This service is only available to members. Once you logon as a member, you can click on 'Purchase History' to check your past orders.


  10. What if the item I frequently purchase is not listed in mypharmacy?
    In the event that the items you would like to purchase are not listed in mypharmacy, we welcome your suggestions via e-mail. We will try our best to stock it.


  11. Do you sell prescription drugs?
    Prescribed items will only be supplied to CGH patients through mypharmacy provided one holds a valid prescription from our doctors. We do not supply prescribed items to non-CGH patients.


  12. At what quantity may I order my prescription items online?
    If you have a prescription for medicnes for 3 months or more, you may choose to order your refill online. However, the first collection must be from our pharmacy so that the original prescription can be kept by the pharmacy. The amount you wish to buy in each refill is entirely up to you.


  13. What are the conditions for online refill for long-term prescription?
    • All orders will be delivered within two working days.
    • Payment Terms : Cash or Cheque only. (Cheque must be made payable to Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd)
    • A delivery charge of $11.50 is applied for all prescription refills.
    • Once order is confirmed, no changes can be made upon delivery.
    • Medicines sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
    • No minimum order is required for delivery.

  14. How can I pay for my purchases?
    We accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments for your order, or Cash/ Cheque payment upon delivery. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please select 'Visa/ Mastercard' as your preferred mode of payment. You can help expedite receipt of goods if the exact amount of cash is prepared prior to delivery. Please make your cheque payment to 'Changi General Hospital Pte Ltd'.


  15. How can I pay if I am sending the goods as a gift to someone else?
    This option is only available if you are paying by credit card. All you have to do is to indicate an Alternative Delivery Address, that is found at the bottom of the Check Out page, that you would like us to send your order to.


  16. What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept Master and Visa cards only.

  17. Is there a delivery charge? How can I enjoy the free delivery services?
    A delivery charge of $11.50 is applied to retail orders less than $120. Delivery is free for retail orders more than $120.


  18. What is your delivery schedule? Do you deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays?
    We deliver on weekdays between 10.00am and 6.00pm and on Saturday from 10.00am to 2.00pm. Our delivery partner will call you to confirm a delivery time to meet your convenience when you place an order.


  19. Do you have urgent next day delivery?
    Yes, this service is available and is charged at $21.50 for RETAIL orders less than $120 up to a maximum of 3 cartons/bags. For RETAIL orders above $120, there will be a delivery charge of $10. Urgent orders will be delivered within the next working day following our acceptance of your order.


  20. Must I be at home to receive the order?
    It is preferable that you are available to receive the order, but it is not necessary as you may nominate another person to receive the order. As we may have to deliver Over-the-counter medication and bulky homecare equipment, you should arrange for an adult 18 years and above to receive the goods for safety reasons.


  21. Which areas do you deliver to? Do you handle overseas delivery?
    We deliver to all addresses within Mainland Singapore. At the moment, we do not handle overseas delivery due to import restrictions on pharmaceutical products.

    Yes, we do deliver to the hotels and hostels within Mainland Singapore.

Please note that if your order contains perishable items, such as milk feeds, the quality may deteriorate if the delivery is postponed. As we may have incurred expenses in processing your order, we reserve the right not to accept your request for change of delivery or impose an additional charge.


  25. How do I change my purchase after I have submitted my order?
    In the event that you need to make changes to the quantity of your order or add/subtract items, please call us at 1800-7878787 (office hours) or e-mail us at customer@cgh.com.sg. As we may have incurred expenses in processing your order, we reserve the right not to accept your request for change of delivery or impose an additional charge.
