Return Policy
We stand by the products that we offer through mypharmacy. To ensure your highest level of satisfaction, we apply stringent checks on our products as we receive them at Changi General Hospital, before they reach your doorstep. However, should they arrive defective, we will be happy to replace the item or offer a refund - Our Money-Back Guarantee!!

Exchange of unopened packs must be accompanied by a receipt within 7 days of purchase. However there will be no exchange for medicine, nutritional feeds, fridge items, stocking, brace supports, shoes and Homecare products.

For exchanges, you will be responsible for any price differences.

Product is Defective


We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or refund.
