Return Policy

7 days for any reasons.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased from mypharmacy, provided that the product is unused and returned in its original box and original packing material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if any of these materials are missing. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return delivery charges.

Products must be unused to qualify for return. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept return of OTC drugs, milk feeds and personal items such as commodes and ryles tubes when the packaging has been opened and items used.
Product is Defective

We stand by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement (when available) or refund. Kindly return the defective item/s to us.
